Data Processing Addendum

1. Parties and roles

Processor (service providers): analytics, hosting, and operational providers that process personal data according to nexoroide.com instructions and this Addendum.

2. What personal data is processed

We (through processors) may process personal data you submit or that is generated during use, such as: name, contact details, message contents, inquiry/booking details, and technical data required to operate the site and provide services.

3. Purpose and instructions

Processors process personal data solely for the purposes specified by nexoroide.com (e.g., site operation, analytics, form submission handling, hosting, and supporting user requests), and only on documented instructions from nexoroide.com.

4. Security and confidentiality

Processors implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Processors treat personal data as confidential and limit access to authorized staff and contractors with a need to know.

5. Sub-processors

Where processors engage sub-processors, they must ensure the same level of data protection obligations. Nexoroide.com remains responsible for compliance with applicable requirements regarding the engagement of processors.

6. User rights and cooperation

Users may exercise rights related to personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law. Nexoroide.com and its processors cooperate to support responses to lawful requests concerning access, correction, and other rights applicable to the processing.

Applicable privacy framework: Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

7. Retention and deletion

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in the privacy notice and in accordance with applicable legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized (subject to permitted backups and legal retention obligations).

8. Distance/online sale and e-commerce notice (where relevant)

If nexoroide.com processes personal data in the context of distance/online sales or e-commerce interactions, nexoroide.com provides required pre-contract and offer/order information prior to contract conclusion and ensures appropriate payment/receipt confirmation flows where applicable, including:
